Rita Celli, Emcee

The Ottawa Art Gallery is happy to welcome back Rita Celli as emcee of the art auction for another year. We greatly appreciate her ongoing support.

Celli is the host of Ontario Today, heard weekdays across Ontario on CBC Radio One. She began her on-air career with CBC Radio in her native Sudbury before moving to CBC Ottawa in 1994. A veteran journalist and graduate of Carleton University, she has covered every aspect of news in her career with the CBC. Celli has earned a number of distinctions in both radio and television, including a prestigious Gabriel in the category of the arts.
