The Ottawa Art Gallery exhibitions Blue Like an Orange and Dynamic Rhythm are part of the National Arts Centre's BC Scene. From April 21 to May 3, 600 artists from British Columbia will take over the arts and culture scene in the Ottawa-Gatineau region in a 13-day festival featuring over 90 different events.
