Uta Riccius and Sarah Thrasher are an artists featured in the Ottawa Art Gallery's exhibition, Off Grid.
Off Grid is an interdisciplinary arts presentation devoted to the margins of urban culture, including street art, gangs, consumer excess, detritus, and street interventions.
