Join us for the launch of the fourth issue of ottawater (www.ottawater.com), Ottawa's annual online poetry journal, edited by rob mclennan. The event will be lovingly hosted by Monty Reid, with brief readings by a whole crowd of contributors.
This issue features work by various current and former residents, including Gary Barwin, Louis Cabri, John Cloutier, Michael Dennis, Adam Dickinson, Rhonda Douglas, Laura Farina, Andrew Faulkner, Laurie Fuhr, Chris Jennings, John Lavery, Nicholas Lea, Anne Le Dressay, Rob Manery, Karen Massey, Seymour Mayne, Marcus McCann, Christian McPherson, Colin Morton, Peter Richardson, Sandra Ridley, Priscila Uppal, Andy Weaver and Ian Whistle, as well as interviews with Nicholas Lea, Anne Le Dressay and David O'Meara; reviews of new books by Ian Roy, Rob Winger, and John Newlove; and artwork by various Ottawa artists, including Don Monet, Christina Riley, Stefan Thompson, Heyden Menzies, Gail Bourgeois, Becky Mason, Reid McLachlan, Jennifer Kwong, Meaghan Haughian, and Dan Martelock.
