Her works are evidence of an intimate practice where the coexistence of reason and emotion is attempted. The artist's intense concentration on her work due to the specificity of her technique is indicative of her preoccupation with the surpassing of oneself. The harmony found in the body of work stems from the exactness of the effectuated gesture and the application given to the making of the treated surface in order to achieve a pictorial space refined to the point of a near absence of gestures. $15 |
